Charterpoint’s history.
“Charterpoint was established in 2012 when three like-minded individuals came together with a goal to expand their individual pursuits as a collective.
From our early days in a small office in Deakin with only a handful of clients, Charterpoint has grown into a team of more than 30 professionals, with an ever expanding client base who have benefited from the great environment we have fostered.
The firm has grown organically, while still focussing on the core elements that had been so successful in its youth. From day one, we have prioritised our people, creating a friendly environment to work in, across a broad spectrum of disciplines, with highly motivated and educated individuals.
Our clients have benefited from this approach through the quality of work that is produced by this environment. We pride ourselves on the longevity of our staff tenure, and continue to seek out ways to improve and build on the culture of the firm and the opportunities that we can offer.”

Recognising the value and opportunities that can be pursued through partnerships, Charterpoint prides itself in our ability to work with like-minded firms to deliver high quality, practical outcomes for our clients. As a small firm, partnering allows us to tender for more complex and diverse projects to a broader client base, while providing opportunities for our staff to work with a variety of specialists and subject matter experts to broaden their knowledge, and share their respective expertise within the process.

Our Future
Charterpoint will continue to foster and grow the intrinsic values we have created throughout our tenure. We will seek out opportunities to embrace new technologies, both in the way we deliver our work, and the way we manage our day to day responsibilities within the practice. While never straying too far from the underlying skillsets we have worked within since our inception, we continue to seek out new opportunities to grow into different areas, including systems delivery, information technology and capability development.
